RETURNS

I received an incorrect unit and I am unhappy with my purchase.  What do I do next?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us at support@starsummitmedia.com and we will correct the order or issue you a 100% refund within 30 days of receiving the item. We will find a solution for you that keeps you happy!

Please Note: The item must be in the same condition as when received to qualify for the refund.

I ordered a ring size that was not correct. Now what?

OOPS! If you mistakenly ordered the wrong ring size, don't worry! You are welcome to contact us at 'support@starsummitmedia.com' and will exchange the first ring for you for a small restocking fee of $5 within 30 days of your purchase. We will additionally provide you with the return shipping address once you get in touch with us. After that, we cannot offer a return or exchange. We are only able to make exchanges once per customer.

I'd like to return a watch or another digital product.

Watches are special cases. If you are unahappy with the watch for any reason, and you have NOT removed it from its packaging, we will be able to refund you the amount within 30 days of purchase.  If the watch has been removed from its package and worn then all warranty is handled as per manufacturer warranty instructions packed with each piece. Please return your watch to the following address

Please provide us with a tracking # once you have shipped the order back and we will refund you the amount if it is still in its original packing.
